Do you offer free tickets?
Yes! We have a pay it forward program that allows us to give away limited free tickets from others donations. If you are not in a financial posisition to purchase tickets please fill out this form to request free tickets.
Do you have ASL this year?
No, The ASL group has started doing their own ASL centered performances. You can follow them at https://www.asl.live.
Is there a standby line?
No. your best bet is too purchase tickets. However, many people give us extra tickets they do not need at the door. If the performance is sold out, if you come early, there is a good chance you can snag one of those tickets. But no guarantee.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes early. Please plan to be in your seats no later than 5 minutes before the event starts.
What should I wear?
We have no official dress code. Please wear attire that represents your belief and respect for the Savior.
Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
It depends on the event.
Our Friday and Saturday evening and youth night performances are 8+ only.
Our Matinee performance is open to all ages. Families with young children are encouraged to attend!
Can I bring a youth group?
Yes, we have a youth night on Thursday March 5! You can find out more information at https://www.witnessmusicutah.org/youthnight.
Can I bring food?
No, please do not bring any food or drinks, it is prohibited by the venue.
Do you offer accesible seating?
Yes, Both venues have accessible seating, including space for wheel chairs, if you ant to stay in the chair. Please see each individual ticketing page for information and availability. Or email us at ticketing@wewitnessmusic.org if you need more assistance.

What's the refund policy?
We do not offer any refunds, all sales are final. However if you need to change your tickets, or have a special circumstance please email us at ticketing@wewitnessmusic.org and we will do our best to accomidate you.
Do I have to bring my ticket to the event?
Yes. Individual tickets will be scanned at the door. You can either bring a printed copy or use your phone to show your ticket.
Can I change my ticket seat/date/time?
Please email ticketing@wewitnessmusic.org if you need to make changes to your tickets.
